Also, why are people high on Beaubois? Clearly this isn't one of his better games, but he just seems like a chucker to me - no court vision at all, and for somebody in a PG body that's pretty important.
Beaubois is a scoring PG. He has little to no passing, playmaking or floor general skills. A pure scorer.
Needs to be in a situation where he can utilize those talents and hide his flaws otherwise he'll be a liability and hurt his team as a starting PG (failure to involve others and run the offense in a way that creates high percentage shots). Be forced to be a sixth man.
Beaubois is sort of similar to Mo Williams except that he is a plus defender at the point + he is far more athletic and capable of creating his own shot against top defenses unlike Mo Williams who regularly does disappearing acts against top defensive teams. So he is like a much better version of Mo. An explosive shooter/scorer two way PG.
As such, he should be capable of being a top 15 PG. His limitations will make it difficult for him to be any more than that though especially given the depth and talent at the position currently.
