Brandon Roy and Gerald Wallace off the bench.  Scary!

Blazers are stacked with talent. They would have been the #1 seed in the west and contenders if Oden and Roy were fully healthy. I think they are missing some other pieces also.
Oden
Aldridge
Wallace
Roy
Miller
With Fernandez, Matthews, Batum, and Camby off the bench.

What other pieces would they need?

Yeah, they are unbelievably deep (they have been for years), and are very dangerous. The problem is who do they have up front? Aldridge is great, and Camby is decent, but that's it. They have really nothing after that, since they traded away joel przybilla.

I would love for MIA to beat LA. MIA snaps their own steak and LA. Its always fun to have the fakers lose, esp after a winning streak of theirs, and I don't want MIA to fall out of 2nd-3rd place.

I guess at the end of the CHA-CHI game, Boozer sprained his ankle:

Quote
Chicago Bulls forward Carlos Boozer left Wednesday's win late in the fourth quarter with a sprained left ankle. X-rays on the injury were negative.

Boozer will be re-evaluated Thursday.

"We'll just have to wait and see [Thursday] what type of swelling he has," Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau said.

With his history, who knows how long he'll be out...might factor in our push for securing the #1 seed.

I really like that Blazers lineup with LaMarcus Aldridge at center and Gerald Wallace at the four.

So many combinations that can work with them on the perimeter too. Brandon Roy, Wes Matthews, Nicolas Batum, Rudy Fernandez and/or Andre Miller.

Loads of quickness in those lineup(s). Good all-round play. Defensive ability. Force turnovers. Rebounders. Shooting. Dribble penetration. Cutters. Passers. Very nice.

Very different to their starting lineup with Camby and Aldridge up front too. Forces the opposing coach to have two different game plans in order to matchup against them.

LeBron sure doese attack the rim and look for contact as much as he used to...

Its almost like hes a different player. The LeBron I used to see in Cleveland would attack the paint and try and get fouled on almost every play.

I can watch, but I can't cheer either way.  I just hope an asteroid hits the building during this Laker/Heat game.

Heat need to build a lead. They can't be trusted in a close one.
