Minnesota Timberwolves
1. Deron Williams
2. Rodrigue Beaubois/ Marquis Daniels
3. Josh Howard/ Gordon Hayward
4. Josh Smith/ Brandon Bass
5. Brandon Haywood/ JaVale McGee
I would start either Gordon Hayward or Xavier Henry on the wing instead of Beaubois.
Starters: Deron + J.Howard + Hayward + J.Smith + Haywood
Rotation: Beaubois + Henry + Bass + McGee
Reserves: Marquis Daniels
Josh Howard would always be used against the top offensive threat on the wing defensively. I would start Henry ahead of Hayward if a team had two highly talented offensive wings but otherwise I'd lean towards Hayward for his offensive game and rebounding.
I'm fine with that but Beaubois has shown he's best at the 2 because he is a scorer. His speed goes very well the running that makes Deron Williams and Josh Smith the most successful. If you think of Beaubois as a microwave type instant offense off the bench and still playing a lot of minutes I'm ok with that.
I believe that one out of Henry and Hayward can start and give me good minutes but I'm not sure how easy a sell that will be to everyone else.
You don't believe Marquis Daniels is a rotation player? Are you smarter than Danny Ainge? WHY DO YOU HATE THE CELTICS! But seriously I think his entire career he's been a good player with last year (the second half especially) being the outlier. Does history indicate that he will get hurt at some point? yes. Does his history indicate he will play well when healthy? yes.
I am very high on Rodrigue Beaubois as a point guard. I think he can be a very effective two way player. A more explosive version of Mo Williams offensively (due to superior athleticism) + a very good defensive PG.
I don't like him as a two guard because of his limitations in terms of defense and rebounding. I think that will always hold him back.
Consequently, I don't like the fit on your squad because Deron presence on the roster limits Roddy's point guards minutes and forces him to play out of position as a two guard too often.

On Marquis Daniels, yeah he can be a rotation player ... I just think the other options on your roster offer more than he does so he wouldn't be in my regular rotation.
(1) Xavier Henry = same defense, better rebounding, better shooting
(2) Gordon Hayward = vastly more offense and rebounding, less defense
(3) Small backcourts with Roddy and Deron (more offensive punch, creation of mis-matches).
Those three options and the minutes that Josh Howard is going to get ... I don't see regular playing time for Marquis Daniels due to the strength of your other players.

Edit:
My bringing Roddy off the bench you can give him more minutes against less talented opposing wing players. Reducing the negative impact of his defense/rebounding limitations. He'll be more effective this way.
Josh Smith was a close to average rebounder last season and was poor for the two years prior. Deron Williams is a fairly average rebounder also. Roddy is a very poor rebounding two guard while Josh Howard is a very poor rebounding small forward (at this point in his career).
My moving Hayward into the lineup, you'll be able to move Howard to the two and Hayward to the three. Both are good rebounders relative to those positions vs very poor rebounding wings prior. Giving your squad a plus rebounding team instead of one that gets out-rebounded consistently.
I also think your side improves some defensively and loses some offensively with Hayward/Henry in Roddy's place. I think the gains will be more than the losses.
Loses a lot more offensively with Henry but Hayward figures to be a very efficient, intelligent and versatile offensive player ... so less explosive scoring with Hayward in Roddy's place but other offensive gains will come limiting the decline.
