Nice pick, he was on my list for this round and the next round. He is a gamble worth taking this late in the draft!! He is gonna be red hot this year imo!!!

With the 22nd pick in the 6th round, the New Orleans Hornets select: Jrue Holiday.

Excellent pick there.  He's a top-notch defender who has shown a lot of offensive potential.

And a former Crotonaut I believe.  . I hadn't expect him to hit his stride as quickly as he did in 2009-10, I was very impressed with the way he ended the season.

My current starting five is younger than I'm comfortable with, but Holiday is a bigger talent than a number of veteran guards taken in the last two rounds. I couldn't pass him up.

Indeed he was.  We were very happy with our rookie picks from last season, Jrue Holiday and Taj Gibson.  The CrotoNats weren't *solely* marketing.
