I like the Sefolosha pick here; I'm not as certain about Terrence Williams or Outlaw.  In the sixth round, though, I can't blame anybody for gambling on talent.

I figured with 4 sixth rounders i could gamble on one pick... i think some of the other guys i'm looking at may slide (given how othr rounds have gone).

TWill's post ASB numbers: 11.9/5.8/4.4 in 27 mpg (or what Boris Diaw did in 35 mpg)).

Best mix on youtube, too

-1 TP for me b/c i didn't do it but with the 5-minute picks it's a great habit/courtesy to write what pick you're making.

+1 TP for doing it the right/ubuntu way Who...!

I like the picks of T-Will, Miller, Thabo, and Gibson.  I overlooked T-Will on my draft board, but he's very good.  Miller and Thabo were high on my list.  Nice picks, guys.

While Kaman is a very good player, I think Gasol has a different game.  He plays tough defense, is a better shot blocker, has incredible court vision for a player his age and will mesh very well with Kobe kind of like another Spanish 7 footer.  He can catch the ball 10 feet from the hoop and either go to work or find the open man - all of whom are shooters except Chandler who can finish well and strong near the room.

I like the Gibson and Webster picks a lot at this stage.  Both will immediately step in and help.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
We'll see, we'll see.  The Cavs were a very good defensive unit.  You've got Amare and Mike Miller as two of your starters.  You've got work to do, my friend.

I'm tired of everyone saying that the Cavs had Lebron and a bunch of bums on their team. No one was saying this when they lead the league in wins during the regular season by having the best defense in the league.
Had Cleveland got by Boston I think they would have won the title. Saying that the cavs, were just Lebron devalues his teammates and by extension the talent of the Celtics team in beating them.

I have to go to work. I will revisit both of these comments.

Oh, I will.

With the 10th pick of 6th round, the Portland Trailblazers select: The rights to Ricky Rubio

I feel the "Rubio looks like the real deal!" thread forced me to take him a little earlier than I wanted.
