the chicago gm isn't surprised that charlotte is moving to seattle. in fact he would be surprised if teams fleeing the east didn't become a trend.

We're still in the conference, just with better coffee. And Salmon, just not John Salmons.

John Salmons cooks the finest filet in all of the land. Good luck eating well, suckers.

John cooks it and TONY ALLEN eats it (with his mashed potatoes!)

Looking to move into the 4th round, depending on how these next few picks go.

Offers start with my 5.17, and additional considerations. My available picks are in my sig.

I'll also be in chat in a few moments.

In a stunning announcement, management of the once Charlotte Bobcats have announced that they are relocating to Seattle and changing their name to the Supersonics. Said ownership, " No one in Charlotte knew we existed so we're moving to an area and a fan base that will appreciate us. That, and we automatically add one title to our history and that's pretty awesome!"

When asked about how traveling back and forth from Seattle and thus burning lots of fossil fuels might effect Seattle's green image GM KCatthestripe had this to say, " Meh."

Adding more, uh, fuel to the fire that Houston, Charlotte Seattle, LA Fakers and Denver Nuggetz will secede from their respective divisions and form "The tsaehtuos Divison"......

2008 SE DIV represent!!!!  ;D

The Supersonics would like to compliment GM GC on his superior Backwards spelling ability.

Not bad, a lot of shooters and not much defense but you should be good. I'd grab a wing or two that can further spread the floor so your team can jack.

You could use a 4 that can really play defense and that become a very good/great defense starting unit.

You think so? I was thinking more of a shooting type of 4, I feel like I need another shooter rather than someone that would clog the lanes with Duncan.

Agreed -- but I wouldn't be concerned about Tim Duncan. It's about Andre Miller.

If you want to use his post game you'll need a big who can shoot the ball. Take away Miller's post up game and he won't be able to contribute much in the halfcourt offense.

Also, Stephen Jackson ... Jackson is is one of the best post up shooting guards in the league. Your guards ability to create mismatches with their post up game is an important advantage. Both are wonderful passers out of the post, as is Duncan, as well as quality scorers. A nice inside-outside offense.

In order to give your guards space on the low block (with Duncan in the lineup) you'll need a power forward who can at least nail a 15-18 foot jump shot. Preferably 20-25 feet.

For most of his career Duncan has played at the 4 with another large center/pf. Before he was athletic enough to move around with the 4's. If you put him with an athletic 4 and have him play the 5 I think you'd have a lock down defense (Jackson and Ariza are both good defenders).

In my opinion you have a vet unit that can defend real well. A shooter at the 4 doesn't really fit in with this idea. Other people should let me know if I'm alone in this.
