With our Next Pick Milwaukee solidifies the Whitest and Most Dominant Front court in the League

Chris Kaman

Legit 7 footer who is quietly developing into a solid 20-10 guy.

This is a reach in my opinion. Kaman has a nice all-around game, but is also easily the worst defensive center drafted thus far. Despite being both a respectable rebounder and shot blocker.
Perhaps, but he's still better than half the centers already taken.  Excellent pick.

Its ok, I knew that because he plays for the clippers he may not get much love, but he its also the reason he dropped as far as he did.  You put Kaman on the Bucks and he goes higher than bogut did this draft.
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

I dunno, as a guy with NBA League Pass who is a big clipper fan  I think he is a solid defender and very good all around player stuck on a bad team for most of his career.  He is Durable, 28 years old 7 feet and a 20-10 guy.  I love picking him up at this point

I like Kaman too, although it would be interesting to see what he could do on a non-Clippers team - if his impact would increase or decrease. He played a little better after Camby left, but he could be a good stats, bad team type guy. Although he's not exactly durable - 76 games last season, but just 87 the two seasons before that combined.

But, make him break out the caveman haircut again and he'll be practically invincible and the greatest pick of this draft.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Nice selections by nick.  I'm obviously a believer in Manu, and Scola is a pretty good fit next to Bynum.

I like Scola more than Manu, Manu...I don't know how healthy he's going to be.

If you can grab an all star this late in the 2nd, you have no need to defend your pick.

In fact, me and you got back to back all stars.  How’s that for luck?
Philly:

David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Manu got healthier as the year went on last year and as he got healthier he became a dominant player putting up 20/4/5 while shooting 38% from three for the last three months of the year.

I expect a huge Manu year

I think in a year, Blake Griffin is either going to be considered the best or worst pick of the second round.

(Yao and Oden also will be under consideration, of course.)

I like the pick, but he also tailed off in the playoffs.

I don’t see it. If Monta is going to be painted as a player that puts up good numbers on bad teams, well Kaman has been doing the same for longer. The team’s other center had a much larger impact on the defense and the Clippers went from being mediocre back to awful when he was dealt. And I’m skeptical that averaging 66 games a season over seven years qualifies as durable.

I've got to say, your Bynum, Scola, Manu foundation is as good a foundation as any; it compares favorably to WW's big three of Bosh, Ellis, and Johnson from last year.

The key, of course, is filling in the rest of your roster with deep talent.  Also, it's probably a good idea to formally retract all the negative things you said about Manu last year, before a savvy GM uses them against you. ;)
