Does Josh Smith like to smoke the wacky tabbacky too like Josh Howard? If so is that an issue being in Minnesota?

If that really effected the game of basketball players there would be no basketball.
What basketball players don't like to frolic amongst the trees from time to time?

I'd guess Tim Duncan, Ray Allen, Dwight Howard, Kobe for starters. Just saying is it a good thing to have a couple of tokers on your team in a place like Minnesota which isn't exactly a favoured destination.

I'm sure Duncan does, notice how he's always unnaturally calm regardless of the situation.
Kobe forswears smoking because it gets in the way of his raping.
Dwight doesn't smoke because he is too busy throwing elbows and giving his opponents cheap shots.
Ray Allen certainly does. Haven't you seen He Got Game? Jesus likes to party.
In all seriousness the likelihood these guys never at least tried it is not high.

Are we assuming all basketball players do? Population in general?

I'd say  the vast majority of basketball players have tried it. More people in the population have tried it than most people would expect.
