Weird pick for a team with Dwight Howard and Gortat to take a center.

Dumb pick... Could still get traded though.

We should trade for him. He can learn under KG.

I hope I hear a little later that this pick has been traded for a future draft pick...

I trust Danny, but my allegiance is not blind.  Simply put, he botched this one.

Well, time will tell.

Remember we needed to draft for the future. Anything we can get out of this kid on a contender next year is just bonus.

If we drafted a center, he pretty much wouldn't have played.

I would rather have Orton than Erden.

This is a pathetic development.

Just like Stern, I will not be announcing the 2nd round picks.  Thanks for bearing with me tonight. Off to grab a late dinner.  I will update the remainder of the big board later.

You guys think we'll be doing anything else tonight other than just picking number 52?

It's a quality pick, better than the walking, talking mess that is Daniel Orton or the no defense of James Anderson.

Nice work, Ainge. Great defender.

Oklahoma City Thunder select: Quincy Pondexter F Washington

I like what the Thunder have been doing.

me too.  their front office seems to have a really solid gameplan for improving for next year.

This pick is not OKC's it's for the Hornets in the deal that got OKC Cole Aldrich.
