some of you people are way too optimistic. the 2008 game 5 should not even come into conversation. perkins is gone and the team is two years older. fatigue comes into play AND we don't have home court advantage. oh yea, and it's not game 5, btw. calm down, fellas. sure, we can make it close but this game will not be won because they don't want it except for pierce.

+1000. There is no comparison between this game and that game.

Sorry guys, I'm an optimist by nature, but I just don't see how we'll pull this one out tonight.. I don't care about the atrocious hole we're in.. I'm just worried we're gonna have to do with Perkins  :'(

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
The Lakers are man handling us on the boards.

We need to step the effort up.

The fact that the C's have to have Shelden Williams in the game is enough to make me cry.

Yeah, Shelden is usually either a really good sign or a really bad sign.

What are we now? 1 for 10 from beyond the arc?

We can't dunk, rebound, shoot threes, play defense.

We arent winning.  End of story.

  • GOT IT!!!
31 points in the half. C's aren't good enough offensively to come back from this.

I know they'll fight but the shots aren't falling tonight. It is what it is.

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
Rondo couldn't even manage to push the ball quickly when there were seven seconds left in the half.  I don't know why he's playing at half-speed, but it's pathetic.

The "big three" are the only ones hustling right now, and none of them can consistently make their shots, unfortunately.

Pathetic.

Good night all. Not worth my frustration in the 2nd half. I hope they win still, but I would rather not get angry watching anymore.

unbelievable that the C's cannot get a whistle with that type of contact under the boards on offense
Agreed, LA is getting away with some serious aggression.
