This is all about the Celtics D.  They are a good, not great, half court team.  Thet need to force stops and turnovers to score and they haven't been doing either.

30-13 Lakers on the boards.  You throw that stat at me prior to the game, I'd say C's would be down 20 at the half.

I'd give it about 6 minutes for the C's to mount a comeback then I start preparing for Game 7.

Ok so game 4 in 2008 we were down 18 at halftime. I know, I know different team but it's the same defense...just have to get stops and run our offense. Also Perk only played 13 minutes in that game, so it's not like it's impossible.

Got to keep the faith.

no way the lakers let that happen again. boston came out from the tip slow, unfocused and not ready. and now they are going to face a game 7 on the road with perk. they continue to choose the tough road

Not one player with a +

Surprisingly though...Rondo is 1 for 8...but KG, Paul, and Ray aren't shooting terrible percentages.

Tells me two things, no hustle, the bench is invisible, and no defense.

Ok, it's time for an even bigger comeback!!!

this is not 2008, this is 2010, the Celtics are the most underrated team and the mental toughness is their best weapon. They are older, and also wiser. They need Rondo to attack, they need Shrek and Donkey, they need Tony to lock down the criminal wearing #24 and shut down all those drooling mouths in ESPN and the Staples Center.

Let's Go Celtics!!!! I Believe!!!!

Beat LA!!!

Well, I said game 6 would be a blowout... :-[
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Winning this game is totally do-able but we need to get stops. As out of sync as the offense has looked we'd still be in good shape if we didn't give up 51 points. The Laker role players are very capable of disappearing in the 2nd half. We should start the 3rd with a nice little run and go from there.

Really hope Perk is OK. So sad how many injuries we get where we don't get the call to add insult to injury.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Key stretch of 1st half, Doc goes to his bench looking for a lift and got absolutely nothing.

I would like to see a few MORE pushes in the back from Gasol...with NO calls-----I don't think there's been enough the last two games.

I don't know Sheed and Baby? Doesn't really matter we just need someone to step up. Also Powe wasn't really part of that comeback is was mostly Eddie and Posey off the bench.

I want to see the bench out there almost. See if they can spark something, get us within 10, and then throw the starters out there rested. If they can't, then we at least get the old guys extra rest going into Thursday.
