I'm hoping they throw things on the court.

Nice pair of baskets by Marquis Daniels.

There is still time. 11 in four minutes is possible. I don't think it will happen but if they crank things up they could do it.

I'm sure they'll get two free throws and the ball on that play.

today is rock bottom. gets no worse than losing at home to the worst team ever...by double digits....this team is done. mentally and physically. the western trip was a mirage. this is the same team that it was before the all star break.

nothing has changed and nothing will. i will be thankful when we don't have to watch this anymore. clean house. all the way around

So the return of Pierce will mean nothing?

yes...it will mean nothing. this team is finished. doesn't matter who they gimp out there anymore. they are done.

I'm not ready to make that call by any means.  Not in late-February.  No way.

and that is your right. but they are a broken team in every aspect and have no signs of figuring it out. this team is an embarrassment right now

Yeah, key term being right now.  Its still Feb.  I'm not going to go out and claim that "this is done" and "nothing will chnage".

Waaay too many variables still at play.

we said this in december after christmas. we all said it again in january where they were horrible. and we now are saying the same thing in late Feb. nothing has changed. next we will say it is only march...doesn't matter. this team is not capable of flipping a magic switch to become some sort of legit contender. somewhere along the way Doc Rivers has lost this team. players don't care

How many timeouts will Doc have left unused by the time this one's over?

Fouls: NJ, 11; Boston 23.
Free throws: NJ 32, Boston 11

 ::)

Boston has done nothing inside, has jacked up outside shots the whole game, and when you don't make an effort you commit fouls and don't get fouls called. Refs are calling this game right.
Ah, so if the refs don't like the way your efforts look, it's ok not to call fouls? We were getting clobbered with regularity and no fouls were ever called. Three people fell right on top of Scal and that was nothing. Refs are calling this game NJ way all night.. well, day.

Well, that seals it for the Nets if it wasn't pretty much sealed already.

Looks like the Nets arms are getting tired from shooting all those free throws.

The Nets blew a lead like this before, right?

What a joke. Wait until the last 5 minutes of the game to finally start playing.
