Confirmed.
Nate could be like Gasol.
Good player on crappy team until trade and then you see the real player.

Gasol had lead Memphis to a 50 win season.
Gasol was the only player on that squad. I am not saying Nate is Gasol, but the comparison of potentially good players on bad teams.

Except in Nate's case, he isn't even close to the best player on that bad team.

In fact, when he plays for the bad team, it gets worse.

What's your basis for that claim?

Their record this year with him vs. their record this year without him.

I don't have the figures, but i'm pretty sure thier W-L record is worse when he starts at PG, and that's what WDL is referring too.

A big part of this trades impact will be how he assimilates to a reduced role.

What about the fact that each of the last three years Robinson's had a positive adjusted plus minus? This means that over each of the last three years they've been better when he's on the court than the bench.

I just don't want him.

He plays at the begining of the season, Knicks not good.
He is out of the rotation, Knicks ok.

In that case I say that we don't start him at pg. Problem solved.

Exactly, can he handle getting 15 minutes a night?

As for the W-L record, they're not all that much worse without him. Well within whatever margin of error, his net plus/minus and other numbers tells me he can have a positive impact for a team on the court. We'll see if he can handle doing it with fewer shot attempts and minutes.

His player efficiency numbers hint that he's not able to blow out a birthday cake while dunking.
