  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Nate Robinson is going to bring a swagger to the second unit. He's gonna bring swagger to a team that looks like it was neutered the day after Christmas. I say bring on the tude. Last night I was just absolutely praying Garnett, or Pierce, or Allen would show some spine and freak out, jsut bring some energy. I my prayers went unanswered.

Devil's advocate, but how is Rasheed's swagger working out?

Devil's Advocate was movie in which Al PAcino played Satan as a lawyer. Roy is a Lawyer...Roy brought up the phrase Devil's Advocate....

Roy is Al Pachino?

Rasheed has at times been invaluable and at times been maddening. Also comical. Did anyone see him bend down for a loose ball last night? It was like watching the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz try to breakdance.

His Swagger? I don't know. I've had a sneaking suspicion that when Rondo said "There are a lot of different agendas" Sheed was one of the guys he was talking about.

like that is always lethal." - Evan 'The God' Turner

Let's start over. Source says Nate-to-Celtics is "close" but no specifics yet can be confirmed. Everyone gets a free punch to my #P90X abs.

Crap rollercoaster.

Another case of the "me-first" mentality to come back and bite someone in the butt.

Epic fail.

Alan Hahn has officially just become the internet version of Sam Smith/Peter Vescey.

Its the propensity of some of these media guys as well as some posters on here would are so hellbent on being the first to report something, they end up jumping the gun.

Get the confirmation before pronouncing something "done".  Its really a no-brainer.

Wow

Talk about the quick backpeddling.  Like opposing PGs trying defend Rondo baseline to baseline.

Hahaha TP.
Hahn's tweets make fascinating reading.
Celtics fan for life.

Agreed.

I guess in Hahn's defense, at least he's taking the blame onto himself, rather than blaming "bad information" or something like that.

I admit it...  Roy Hobbs and wdleehi are really the same person, living a dual internet life.

WojYahooNBA:
Knicks and Celtics still talking on Nate Robinson-Eddie House, three sources say, but may not be a deal until tomorrow.

Should someone tell him that the deal is done? Or is the deal actually not done?

Gun to my head, I trust Wojo more than Hahn.

My theory is that this has been agreed upon in principle as House for Nate, pretty much straight up, but it can't be completed until they can tack it on as a side deal with a larger deal (T-Mac, or a Ray deal), to get around the BYC problem.  So right now, they are just working on other things with other teams, and will just latch this trade on the side.
