we simply CANNOT win games with Rajon Rondo WALKING the ball up the court----It's ALL he's done this game....We've known this since last season---TIMID RONDO = LOSS.

I am wondering about Rondo too --- tonight is the kind of game where his youth and energy is much needed.  He had 26 points last time the C's played the Hawks but tonight has been invisible.  He is the one young, energetic player the C's have but tonight he looks a step slow and lethargic as the rest of the team does.  Very strange...

rondo plays better when he has something to prove. aftet tonight boston is officially the 3 seed...might as well dig in and just worry about holding off the raptors...rest them all

I agree. Rondo, for whatever reason, is extremely passive against the Hawks.

Whenever he gets one shot blocked he doesn't attempt another for like 10 minutes. And he didn't even take jumpshots tonight when he was wide open. He has to take them, even if he doesn't make them!

It's time to look like champions!

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

It would be nice to see the Celtics at least come out and play with fire in this 3rd quarter.  Winning this game might be too much to hope for but I just want to see some fire and energy.

Defensive intensity, hustle, heart SOMETHING to show this team is upset about playing so poorly yet again tonight.

Come on guys show something here...

Gotta say Pierce's legs look very good on the second night of a back to back. Can never say that guy doesn't have heart.

Two dunks tonight for KG that is encouraging at least.   Then a nice play on defense and hustle to get back down the floor.  He had no lift on that last shot attempt though but the hustle is good to see...
