I will say that its not going to be fun watching the Pats have to chase around Spiller 2x a year for the forseeable future.  The kid is pretty legit.

Agreed, that was probably my second thought.

Holy Mackerel!
I thought Alualu was going in the 2nd round (to the Pats -- I hope the Pats didn't just trade up to select him).

I hate seeing college kids wearing suits and watches like Okung's that clearly cost more than 4 years worth of college text books

...while chewing a 20 cent stick of gum when having their first interview with ESPN as a pro.
right...the Shawn Springs with the crooked hat one was classic.

almost as good as in the nba draft when Jake Tsakalidis could barely speak English and was like "No. No contract problem. I am free"

We have our first trade of the night.

No, because Miami wouldn't have picked him.  They are trying to jump Miami.

Pick is in... OT Anthony Davis.

congrats 49ers. You picked a prima donna last year who held out half the year and this year traded up for a 20 year old while other good tackles were still on the board.

Interesting to see Belichek disciple McDaniels making trades

This trade is moving.

If this were the old days, we'd be sitting around pick #6 right now.

Think the Chargers take Ryan Matthews or Kyle Wilson here?

R. Matthews it is.
I thought there was an outside chance he would slip to the Pats.  Other possible slippers I have my eye on are Dez Bryant, Kyle Wilson and Earl Thomas.
