G/F Francisco Garcia(notes) (right wrist fracture) remains out after his exercise ball accident on Oct. 9. The fifth-year player was bench pressing with 90-pound dumbbells in each arm when the ball exploded and the weights caused the injury that required surgery. He returned to practice on Jan. 4 and is at least one week away from returning.

I never knew a ball wath the guilty

Yeah, add that one to the list of freak/dumb training injuries.

BTW, he recently had a setback, having fallen on the injured wrist during practice. Probably won't be back until later this month.

Yeah that Garcia for Varejao/Afflalo deal we pulled off toward the end of the CBlog draft is looking better and better every day, huh Lucky?!?

TP my friend!

Show offs.

I know we GAVE F. Garcia (who i was really high on) to GET Afflalo and Varejao --- both of whom are playing super well this year.

Oh, wow that was a good deal.

I would have been high on it at the time AV is a much better player than Garcia, and plays a more valuable position on the court (PF/C)

As much as I love the Grizz, it might be time to reunite the 08 Southeastern division.

It could have been worse, he could have had Mo Williams and Diaw.

If you want to be in the best division in fake basketball you would have to join the Pacific division. It is an exclusive group but we might be willing to let you in ;-)
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Already got 2 point guards...might as well add a third, seems like the best value of the guys I like in this round...

Ramon Sessions
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

I had just noticed no one took him and he catapulted to the top of my board.

He's a solid pick.

If he would've played this season as well as he played last season, he should've been the first guy off the board. Due to T-Wolves weird rotations though, he's getting the screw job. Nice pick though.
