In this draft, it won't be valuable at all, in my opinion. There was a rule added that teams retain a permanent "right of first refusal", allowing them to keep their keepers indefinitely. That means that Lebron, Wade, Amare', Bosh, etc., will all essentially be restricted free agents.
Just to clarify I was adding up my Cap figure just to see where i was and to see how balanced it is --- not to use to lure FA's.
No star FA's are comign to MIL... yet

But we think we can retain our young talent while exisiting as a smaller market team.
Cap space isn't more or less valuable but good cap management is always essential in building a team, IMO.
