4 mil a year, scoring explosive PG. Likes to steal, likes to dunk. I just don't know how well of a BACKUP pg he is. I would never trust him as a starter, but backup 10-15 mins a game? Why not? Trade Scal or Tony plus Giddens for Nate and a draft pick.
Nate is like a dynamite of energy, but he's so small next to EHouse on the floor at the same time. The issues I read in NYC was that he was too much of a joker and not taking the game seriously like in losing games. But Boston doesn't look so Win Win for both sides right?
Can't stop, Rondo!

He's not a team basketball player. Its no coincidence that the Knicks starting winning some games once he was firmly planted on the bench.

Not really sold on the idea of him as a good fit for this team.

This team could use a backup PG (although I don't think it necessarily needs to be addressed) but I don't think Robinson would be a good complementary piece to this second unit.

Yep.  We don't need a locker room cancer on this team.

Pass.  IMO, he is what is wrong with the NBA.  He is a selfish, stats first player that steals the hype from players who win games.

He would have literally no role on the c's, who would he play with?

Exactly. You can't pair him with Eddie in the backcourt - that would just be a disaster. No height there at all.

Nate is a heck of an athlete, but I just don't think he has a place in Boston.

I'm sure Pierce still has the Cardboard Cut-out from the Dunk Comp, that's all the Nate I could stomach on this team.

Robinson does want out, and a source close to the Robinson camp tells ESPN.com there's one place the former slam-dunk champion would truly like to land if a trade can be worked out: Boston.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Hey give us your tired, your wretched, your offensively selfish and malcontent point guards apparently.

Seems like we're the place to go if NY gets done with a point guard.
