Rondo could get his triple double tonight. I think it would be his first of the season. Also, I am hoping this post goes through, my last few attempts have timed out.
Quote from: PosImpos on December 03, 2009, 09:11:37 PMRondo keeps running down to the basket then has to reset. Is it just because he finds he has no layup there or is that a deliberate strategy?Plus defense often doesn't know what to do and he get lots of looks down there.

It was painfully obvious that the lineup on the floor lost the offensive flow and also was playing terrible defense. No one protecting the middle against drives or rebounds. Doc waited too long to bring the starters back in there and now the Spurs are right back in the gameI have a suspicion Doc's trying to make a point to somebody, maybe remind the starters they shouldn't rely on bench so much. I'm not sure, but you're right that the substitutions were puzzling. hmm.. you mean cut down the lead so that the starters will continue to play with urgency?

But our starters are again pushing the lead back towards double digits.
