Ugh.  Time to get Rondo and/or KG back out there.

Oh good there's both of em, and Perk.

Very poor substitutions by Doc tonight.  It was painfully obvious that the lineup on the floor lost the offensive flow and also was playing terrible defense.  No one protecting the middle against drives or rebounds.  Doc waited too long to bring the starters back in there and now the Spurs are right back in the game

Yeah, we got a lead so Doc chose to experiment.  Not a good team to experiment against.

I could see this if it was the fourth quarter. But in the second quarter, you have to give those starters a rest and try to let the second team try to find some rhythm.

I don't think it was an experiment. Scal was in instead of Sheldon because of Bonner, other than that it was our normal substitution pattern.

I have a suspicion Doc's trying to make a point to somebody, maybe remind the starters they shouldn't rely on bench so much.  I'm not sure, but you're right that the substitutions were puzzling.

Rondo shooting too much, Scal not enough.

I agree that the starters need to rest but I can't recall us using that particular lineup, and it didn't go well.
