Should be a fun one to watch tonight.

TCU/Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl.

I'm liking TCU here.  Love their defense.

I agree I think TCU pulls away in the second half.

Not looking so hot so far in the first.

Boise State's one score was a Pick-Six from their defense.  With the exception of that last drive where they missed a FG, their offense hasn't done much.

TCU's offense is just plain struggling.  Have to give credit to the Broncos' D.

Guess I'm the only Boise State fan here ... I've loved that program for a long time, run with class and character ... and one of the most under-rated teams in the country. I think they're starting to get more respect of late, but still not what they're due ... maybe this game will help, (I'm hoping). ;)

That was a pretty awful pass interference call on the TCU defender.  If anything, it was offensive pass interference.

I will say that I've been impressed with Titus Young, receiver from Boise State.  Seems to be a real burner.

Yeah, that was definitely the wrong call ... BS got a gift with that one, and I was seriously shocked when they made that call the way they did ... I don't think anyone saw that the way they called it, (except maybe Boise State) Fate usually has a way of balancing those things out, so I expect to see a bad call go TCU's way in the second half. ;)

I am with you on the Boise State side.  Generally, I could care less about college football, but my fiance went to Boise State, so I have taken a small interest in this team.  Besides, who doesn't love the Smurf Turf?

Ugh...don't get me started on the Smurf Turf.  I still have memories of the Humanitarian Bowl (or whatever its called) between BC and Boise State a few years back.  It was supposed to be a "neutral" bowl game but they were playing with the Broncos logo on the field and everything.  Ended up being a real tight game but the Eagles held on.

Oh wow, yeah ... I remember that game, though I was rooting for BC in that one. Actually was a great game, but you're right about the "non-neutral" neutrality, as it was touted to be. Boise State seems to command a lot of excitement, for whatever reason, no matter where they are ... guess that's part of the lure for me. There are obviously teams I like more, but I have a soft-spot for all underdogs. ;)

Wow ... TCU had a couple of great chances there ... I'd love an overtime game!

I think with, that first down, that Boise State has just about wrapped it up.

Who knows, though?
