Biggest problem with this list:

Devin Harris, Gilbert Arenas, Baron Davis, Monta Ellis, Russell Westbrook, Allen Iverson, Rodney Stuckey and Mo Williams are not true point guards.

Harris, Arenas, Davis, Westbrook and Mo Williams are all pg's.

They play the position, they're just not pass first point guards. But I don't think the article was looking for "traditional points".

I am in agreement with 2short, I wouldnt trade Rondo straight up for anyone except CP3. Considering the salary difference I am not sure I would even make that trade. I know I may be a bit of a 'homer' but this is the year Rondo really puts it all together and by the time people figure out how good they think he will be, he will be even that much better. Time will tell but Rondo should be ranked very close to the top by the end of the year.

I'm just not a big Parker fan. He can score really well. But I like the all around games of Paul, Williams and Billups more.

Rondo is in the next tier undoer those 4 guys... hopefully Rondo can rise to the top of his current tier this season. He has the tools.

Tony Parker is the best point in the league followed closely by Paul. Rondo has the chance to solidify top 5 this coming season.

1) Parker
2) Paul
3) Billups
4) Williams
5) Rondo

I think Tony Parker is hugely underrated as a floor general across the league. That Spurs offense runs like a Swiss watch and Parker is the main reason why.

Harris, Arenas, Davis, Westbrook and Mo Williams are all pg's.

They are listed in fantasy leagues and on the TV as those teams' respective starting PG's yes.  But the way they play, they are combo guards more than anything.

In my opinion Harris is too high.  He should be 9th after Arenas and everyone gets bumped up.

Maybe because Rondo dogs him every time the C's play them, but I sort of think Harris is overrated...

What about best shooting PGs: Would Eddie House be top 1 or 2, Arenas would be up there?

Best PURE shooting?  Nash easily.

Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Rondo after this season probably will be ahead of Nash and maybe Harris.

Agree.

For my top 10 I would have

Paul
Williams
Billups
Parker
Harris
Nash
Rondo
Rose
Gilbert Arenas (If healthy)
Russell Westbrook

Rondo after this season probably will be ahead of Nash and maybe Harris.

That's a pretty good list. I'd switch Nash and Rondo, take Westbrook off the list and replace him with Calderon at this point. Maybe next year that'll change.

I'm also a sucker for older pgs I would consider Andre Miller or Jason Kidd to round out the top 10, instead of Westbrook or Calderon.

How lucky are we to have Rondo, I mean after the top 10 or so PG's the talent really really drops off. Imagine if we were going into this season with Brooks, or Fisher, or Mo Williams as our pg.

I'm a little surprised that Jameer is so low on the PBN list and that Mike Bibby didn't make the top 20.

Pretty fair list that can be flipped if Rondo addresses the deficiencies in his game this off-season.

  Isn't that a fantasy website?
From the content of the article I don't think this is for fantasy purposes.

I guessed it was when I saw Perk at like #20 on their list of centers. Maybe they guy's just an idiot.
