Least favorite Celtic move/Non move over the past 15 years?

Just bored and saw this in a Minnesota thread over on Realgm but was wondering what everyone would say. They had some pretty good ones over there! Lets see what we can come up with here. I will start it off with trading the what was it the number 7 pick in the draft for Sebastian Telfair!

Are we talking in hindsight, or at the time?

I guess one that applies on both counts is signing Mark Blount to a big contract.  I hated the move at the time, and I hate it in hindsight.

I also wasn't a fan of the Antoine-for-Raef deal.  I think Danny was way too desperate to trade Antoine.

I hated the Antoine for Reaf deal just because i was in 7th grade and I loved Antoine at the time!

A few i didn't like:

Forte over Parker

Trading the Brandon Roy Pick

Reaquiring Toine in 2005 (Yes we ended up going past Indiana in the standing, so we got home court, but then Indy got Granger and we got Gerald. Also at the time I was in rebuild mode and that playoffs brought down Pierce's value. Might have gotten Portland to kick in Outlaw with the draft pick otherwise. A Chris Paul, Brandon Roy, Danny Granger, Big Al, Perk line-up wouldn't be that bad  ;)  You'd also have Gomes, Delonte, Outlaw and Rondo on the bench and dollars to spend with Pierce off the books)

The Vin Baker trade was one that you KNEW was an absolute trainwreck as it was in progress. 

Forte-over-Parker is one that's insanely obvious in retrospect, but I'm not sure most people knew either how much of an **** Forte was or how good Parker would be (I know I didn't).

the 2005/2006 season. People talk about how we wasted 2006/2007, but at least we were building towards something. We were playing our young guys, developing assets. Yes were losing, but it was towards a greater end. 05/06 was worse IMO. If Al Jefferson and Ryan Gomes both got 12 pts or more in a game in 06/07 I was happy, even if (though) we lost. Nothing feels good about 40 mins a game from Ricky Davis, then the big move being bringing in Wally Szerbiak.

I actually believed Vin was going to turn it around in Boston. It had all the ingredients. Coming home, playing for a team right off the ECF. So at the time, I liked the move.

Some moves are great for the time, but over time become bad. How about Rogers for Joe Johnson? At the time, great move. Now, awful trade for the franchise.

That was Chris Wallace at his finest, man!  You know, I heard him defending the Grizzlies firing all their scouts and saying that it didn't mean anything, and you could ALMOST believe him.

Even if we didn't know the full extent or cause of Baker's issues, it was clear he was completely washed up, AND he had one of the biggest contracts in the league.  Even best-case he was never going to be worth anywhere close to the money he was earning.

The Joe Johnson trade is another that's horrible with hindsight, but MAN I though Kedrick was going to be unstoppable and that JJ didn't have the heart or the cajones to play in Boston.

There are some "lowlights" but nothing compares to Pitino, ML was bad mind you, Vin Baker gets a nod sure but Pitino
As soon as it happened I called a friend from Kentucky and yelled at him.  Maybe he's good in college but if anyone saw him coach the knicks they would have to be pounding with baker to think Pitino was any sort of a pro coach/ gm.  AND WE GAVE HIM THE KEYS TO THE CITY!! 
I think I still have some hatred toward Rick  :o
