Honestly, that sounds like a radical diet, and I don't understand it. Eight bananas in one day? six tomatoes in one day? If this is designed as some "cleansing" or "detox" regimen, it is most likely some scam a pseudo-doctor slapped together.
But, generally speaking, the diet does sound way, way more healthier than what the average American eats. But, without a doubt, the diet is strange and could be a lot better (healthier and more nutritious).
