For those who would like Marbury back (smoking marijuana on camera)

Just to play devils advocate, Robert Parish smoked pot back in the 80s and nobody said boo back then. And the Sheed got his nickname Rashweed for some reason. Now my theory is that Marbury longs to be a Celtic and has some of Red Auerbach's old cigar material wrapped up in rolling paper. Don't be so quick to judge. If you think he doesn't have skeels anymore, that is one thing.

True, but Robert Parish was a top player on a top team.  I bet if Pierce or Ray were caught smoking weed, most people wouldn't really care.  The only people who would care are the people who are anti-weed in the first place.

But the fact that Marbury was caught smoking now, and he admitted to it, is pretty ridiculous considering he is currently looking for a contract in one of his most controversial offseason's yet (and that's saying something).

But on top of all his bizzare recent behavior, I question whether he even has the skeels anymore to be an upgrade over Eddie.

Take this for what its worth, I understand this is essentially an anonymous fan site, but I actually can tell you for a fact that Paul smokes weed. Or at least he did as of about 3 years ago, when I partied with him.

I too can confirm this with a story of my own.

When other celebrities do stupid things, they get more famous.
When Marbury does stupid things, people suddenly don't want him on their team.
I'm not gonna get upset if some dumb actor is in the movie I'm watching, as long as he knows how to act.

I know hundreds.
Every person you see revving their engine, or spinning their tires, or wearing their pants below their waist, or putting their hat on backwards, or talking about how hot their girlfriend is, or getting their championship ring fitted for their pinky finger, they're all just like Marbury.

He is not employed, he may have a prescription, there are to many variables that we don't know, because it is none of our business.
I don't see anyone else hiding while taking medication.

Not necessarily a big deal, especially since this guy is done anyway.  But on one of those live web videos, Marbury was smoking a "suspicious element".  Later on he admitted to smoking marijuanna.  This could be a great anti-drug ad.
