I am one of Tony's biggest fans and hope and think he will do well on another team, but the guy is an awful fit here and its time to move on. It's best for him and the team, he will go to a lottery/fringe playoff team and put up numbers like 15/5 with above average defense, about 2 1/2 TO's per game with a few lapses on defense. He is who he is, a guy who has tools on both sides of the ball but has too many mental lapses to be considered a really good defensive player and is too one dimensional on offense.
Those types of teams can deal with the bad because he will put up numbers and plays much better as a starter. However, this team can't afford the 1st or 2nd wing off the bench to make those mistakes because their job is to hit open shots and play smart on both sides of the ball, neither being TA's strengths to say the least.
