there is no chance that Davis can play small forward, he couldn't stay with any small forward defensively.

Aren't the Nets laying off assistants or something?

BBD is coming back to Boston. I'm not a huge BBD fan but he could really be an asset at the right price. If BBD is getting anxiety he should just work out a reasonable deal out with us and just get it over with. We're getting to August and the guy hasn't seen an offer sheet.

This guy should just sign here before he embarasses himself more...

lol I know.  He has trouble staying with the somewhat quicker PF's in the league.. does anyone honestly think he'd EVER be able to guard the opposing team's SF?! lol.

Alot of people are not the high on BBD. His limitations are too glaringly obvious. There is no way he gets open looks on other teams with fewer weapons. His shots are too easily blocked and he can barely dunk.

TP for the most obvious and sober statement in this thread.

But getting back to the premise of the thread, I really don't see NJ as the type to commit money for BBD right now.  BBD's agent keeps fluffing stuff up, but we have yet to see anything materialize.  For sanity's sake I hope the Celtics find a worthwhile S&T soon.

Well, the theory is, if his condition increases, things like quickness and agility will improve, too. Which wing player will be able to stop him with his power advantage?
I´m not convinced of it, either, so I´m not really debating that point.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.
