This thread got really classy since last I checked. There's no need for back and forth, unending arguments with the fans of the rival team, because obviously no one is going to concede their point. Each team has its biases, and that's why they think they're better. End of discussion. If you're here in peace then keep it peaceful, and don't try to incite arguments. We're not going to agree with you. Accept it, please.
Back to discussing with fellow CBers,
I honestly don't think it's a matter of whether LA or Boston is better anymore. LA isn't the only threat in the West. People seem to be forgetting that the Spurs have a very, very solid team right now.
If I have to make the assessment at this point in time? Well, I wouldn't. Yes, LA looks intimidating, and the objective part of me has to say that were I neutral, I'd probably be placing LA on top right now. But the now is irrelevant, because our team isn't set. We still have the unresolved issues of Big Baby, Daniels, Hudson, and the Bowen rumors. None of these comparisons matter until the teams are finalized. The starting 5 or top 6 doesn't necessarily determine who's better, so there's no point in continuing to debate who wins the most starting matchups.
