Forget all the talk about technicals (KG / Wallace / Perkins), if the Celts add Grant Hill; they'll have two of the nicest guys in the NBA with Allen and Hill.

Also 2 of the best shooters.

grant hill is a guy that can allow PP to actually sit for meaningful minutes and still give them good offense and defense. hill can still score and he can still defend

Good point. Hill might end up being a good influence on Rondo too.

Can Hill still handle the ball like he used to? B/c if he can we can play Eddie at the 1.

Edit: meant hill, not Rondo. Thanks guava

I think you meant "Can [Hill] still handle the ball"

  • Thank you Eddie!
If this happens, it's funny how a lot of our roster reads like an All Star Game roster.  We either win the title, or too many egos explode.  Doc is one of the best coaches in the NBA if he can get the team to buy into Ubuntu and love each other.  Why does signing 1 or 2 "bad reputation" guys seem to happen to every team in Boston?

Dare I let my mind wander:

the perfect bench...

Sheed up front

Hill at the small

Will Solomon at point.
sometimes you have to bite your lip, exhale and move on.  So, I have.

With Will, we would be a lock for 98-0 next year!  Do it Danny!

Ok rewatching CSN. Tanguay says he "knows" Hill will be a Celtic by week's end.

What the heck?

This guy is nuts. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. He's certainly earn it with his new found twitter prowess.

i really love this hill signing (if true). the guy can still play, at a pretty high and efficient level.
he averaged 30 mpg last year bench/started some:
- had 5 double doubles
- scored 20+ points 13 times and had 19 pts 4 other times
- grabbed 8+ boards 16 times
- dished out  5+ assists 9 times

not to mention his very high basketball IQ that is ideal off the bench
