This has NOTHING to do with that. This is the only leverage free-agents coming out of rookie contracts have on getting a good deal. They sign an offer sheet with the best deal they can find out there. It's up to the Celtics to see how much they want the kid around.

Yeah, if we get Hill and Sheed this is close to being the ideal off-season for us I'd say...I remember a few months ago everybody was saying how great it would be if we could upgrade our bench with Hill and Sheed.
