Lol. Wow, I would hate to have put time and energy into that "experiment" and still have my hypothesis proved wrong.
Here's my two cents...
Lakers really only have 10 championships. Thats first off. It's like saying Oklahoma has 1 championship, because they ARE the Sonics and the sonics won in 1979. Does that fly with you? Ofcourse not, so neither does the 5 titles that the Minneapolis Lakers won.
Celtics 17 rings....Lakers 10....almost double.
My next point is this..
Your theory is flawed because you give credit to placing first or second in the regular season. What does that have to do with winning a championship? It's like the 05-06 season where Dallas went 65-17, good for first in the NBA. You know how that ended up right? D'Wade coming back and taking the trophy. Remember Two is not a winner and three nobody remembers.
Another fact is that no matter what you typed, is that we are 9 and 2 against you. That means when we're matched up with you in the finals, we win 82% of the time.

by the way, I dont think we'll be seeing you in the Finals next year. Not with a stronger SanAntonio team that got more firepower and became younger at the same time, and Definitely not if Denver can improve, and Rockets get Amare to pair up with Yao. So good luck, rather yet, break a leg. Maybe break a couple of legs. lol
