We still would have the full MLE , LLE and Vet minimum. They could easily sign a legit backup like Zaza or Gortat and still have the LLE and Vet min to fill out their roster

The celtics 2009-10 roster could look something like this:

PG: Rondo            / Marbury ( Vet Min)
SG: Richardon        / House
SF: PP               / Grant Hill ( Vet Min)
PF: KG               / Mcdyess ( LLE)
 C: Stoudamire       / Zaza or Gortat ( MLE )

To me that is a team that can contend with anyone in the league. Plus we also have a bright future with a top 5 PG and top 5 Big man .

I usually just read people's posts around this forum all the time and not post, but since the idea sprang up of Richardson AND Stoudamire coming I've been dreaming about a similar line-up to that :)

Love this idea, won't stop dreaming about it!!!! I was thinking of Matt Barnes as SF but I guess that won't happen.

It looks like Phoenix is looking to move Richardson for cap space ...

The Birdman is the 6th man every team should need. Espacialy the Suns!Defense and explosivity.I would love to see him playing with Nash and Stat!!Let's send Richardson somewhere to clear cap space, and sign him (plus Dahntay Jones.. ^^)

Thomas Beer:
Yup – most every team in the league would love to have Anderson's energy, shot-blocking, rebounding, and weak-side defensive help coming off their bench.
Which means he'll get plenty of interest and plenty of offers.  And that's bad news for the Suns, who aren't going top outbid anybody.
Suns would like to move J-Rich to save money, but that contract ($27+ million over the next two seasons) is real tough to move.

So this could be a very good trade for both teams

Suns get high draft pick + cap space and a young prospect

Celtics get a starting SG who will be the 5th option on offense and get a franchise big man.

Amare and Nash next year then they expire!

Hello LeBron, welcome to Boston Mr Wade. There are some many possibilities not saying we would get two stars but we would get one!
L.A. Clippers
Derrick Rose Blake Griffin 4.11 5.3 5.15 6.11 7.15 8.11 9.15 10.11 11.15 12.11 13.15

how do you know that?

I for one think people will be surprised by how little movement there is among the 2010 FA class. Yes, alot of teams are under cap and there are some great guys available.

But their own teams can sign them for more and for longer through bird rights, and most have already begun to shed some cap to do that.

I see one, mabey 2 of the 10-12 names mentioned moving on, and i don't think wade, lebron, or melo will be part of the group that moves.

It's Amare Stoudemire not Stoudamire haha but, I'd love to get him for Perk Ray and throw in a rook or Pruit or TA or Scll and sign some wing players. He's crazy athletic, can give 9th row fans a souvenir and hit from the rim to about the three. He also has some nice post moves, is a master of the Pick and Roll/Pick and pop and can drive to the hoop and finish well.

I believe there is a decent framework for a deal that includes Stoudamire/Richardson for Allen/Perkins.

I'd pull that trade in a heart beat.
