I feel like Danny Ainge right now...

I just traded... McNabb and Desean for Gore.

Now I'm considering trading Turner and Cotchery for J. Stewart, Chris Johnson, and Isaac Bruce.

Can anybody give me a yes or no on the last trade proposal?

I like Stewart and Johnson. You know how I feel about Gore.

I know, and as soon as I traded for him he misses practice with an undisclosed injury.

Thought I'd ask a question: guy in my league has Marvin Harrison, and publicly said something along the lines of, "I hope he gets injured soon, so I can just drop him; he sucks."

Was thinking of offering him Roddy White, who is my 3rd receiver (behind Santonio Holmes and Donald Driver). We start 2 WRs plus a flex (I have a stable of RBs; I just rotate a RB into the flex spot depending on the week's matchups).

So, Roddy for Marvin: make the offer, or stay put?

What two WRs would you start (Calvin Johnson is the third WR already starting)

Wes Welker
David Patten
Bryant Johnson
Laveranues Coles

I have Welker and Patten in right now, but am thinking about throwing Johnson in there (because Mike Martz wanting to run up the score against the Lions) over Welker (I think the Pats get ahead and play ball control).

I'd definitely play Welker, since Cassel seems to like him a lot.  I'm not sure about the #3 guy; probably Johnson, I guess.

With NO playing Denver, I would expect a shootout.  Patten has been the most reliable WR on the Saints.

There is more of a chance that Marvin starts playing well.  Marvin doesn't look bad, I think part of it is the timing thing with Saturday gone (who is back this week).  I have Marvin and I'm not dumping him.

Take the guy with the better QB.

I concur.  Welker destroys MIA.  He's vengeful.  Also Johnson has a great chance to score this week.  I'm starting him.  Martz is gonna air it out.  Hopefully.

I wouldn't bother. Roddy White could have a big game this week against 2 rookie CB's, wait it out and see. Manning spreads the ball around a lot and Anthony Gonzalez is really starting to produce. Stick with the guy who has some upside. Marvin Harrison is not the Marvin of old.

I'd consider Patten as the 3rd guy. The Saints should have to throw the ball a ton to keep up with Denver, could see a lot of pass targets.

Pick two RBs to start:

M Lynch, home vs. Oakland
R Bush, at Denver
J Jones, home vs. St. Louis
R Grant, home vs. Dallas

I don't trust Grant's hammy, but I'm torn between the other 3. Who sits? Right now, I think I have to bench Bush.

Bush will be in a shoot out.  Expect a lot of opportunities.

Jones against St. Louis.  Really bad defense.  The holes I saw the Giants open up on them...  Easy running.

Oakland has a decent rush defense.

You don't ever bench Marshawn Lynch. He's a must start every week. The Raiders can be run on.

Bush will have a few catches and should be able to get by the Broncos linebackers for a long run or two.

So Lynch and Bush.

If you're thinking about someone other than Bush play Jones...Rams are giving up 150 rushing yards a game...they suck, could be the worst team in football.

I would have to say Lynch and Jones, unless you are in a PPR league.  If PPR, I would probably go Bush over Jones.  Also, don't be surprised if Grant goes off this week.  I have him on my team and I am sitting him because of the hammy, so I expect him to play and play well (it's just the kind of luck I have).

If anything, Lynch is very consistent.  But what some of you guys are forgetting is that his backup, Fred Jackson, is receiving a lot of looks.  For this reason alone I say go with Bush and Jones.  Jones is the worst RB of the bunch but has the best matchup.  And expect Bush to be involved in a very high scoring affair.  I too have Grant and am benching him basically because Dallas does have a good D-Line.
