Just traded Donald Driver for Marvin Harrison. Good move, bad, or indifferent?

My other two WRs are Santonio Holmes and Roddy White. I start two WRs, plus a flex position.

At this moment, I'd say "indifferent".  Driver has been inconsistent and Harrison looks aged right now.  Tough to say what's going to happen but I like Harrison's QB situation a lot more right now.  So grabbing Harrison might not be a bad idea.

I need my C-Blog life line...

Should I trade LT for Wayne and Boldin?

My RB would be: Gore, Turner, Slaton

and I'm weak on WR.

I don't know. If I had LT, I don't think there'd be any way I could be convinced to trade him. And Boldin had a serious scare this past weekend. There may be some aftereffects.

I'd think about selling high on Turner for WR help.

I'd love to help, but I had the #1 and #3 picks in the draft (keeper league, trades, etc.) and I'm sitting at 0-4, so obviously I know jack about fooseball

What's the latest on Boldin's injury?  He got lit up pretty bad in the Jets game?  Mind want to tread lightly on this trade for now.

I'd also be concerned that Gore can stay healthy.

So I proposed a trade as somewhat of a 'feeler' and it got accepted.  Now I am wavering (even though I think I still get the better of the trade).  what do you guys think:

I get LT for Dwayne Bowe and Jones-Drew.
We play 2 RB and 3 WR.  my RB's and WR's are:
WR   Reggie Wayne
WR   DeSean Jackson
WR   Chris Chambers
WR   Santonio Holmes
WR   Robert Meachem
RB   Chris Johnson
RB   Laurence Maroney
RB   Marion Barber

Scoring:
Rushing Yards (10 yards per point)
Rushing Touchdowns (6)
Receptions (1)
Reception Yards (15 yards per point)
Reception Touchdowns (6)
Return Touchdowns (6)
2-Point Conversions (2)
Fumbles Lost (-2)

Good lord, that's a steal. A starting backfield of LT and Marion Barber is wicked, and you still have enough depth at WR to start three very good receivers. Nice job.

If necessary, you could deal Maroney and a bench WR for another upgrade.

That was my thinking (enough depth at WR and an obvious upgrade at RB).

Not sure I could get anything for Maroney at this point.  He wasnt heavily sought after before the season (I drafted him in the 6th round, pick 66).  and he hasnt exactly done anything worthwhile this year.

I was just offered Aaron Rodgers and DeSean Jackson for Roddy White and Willie Parker... here's my team (only 8 teams):

I wouldnt.  Parker is the best player there (and at your biggest weakness).  I dont think Rodgers is going to be better then Peyton...

I've stashed Correll Buckhalter, Ahmad Bradshaw, and Jerious Norwood on my bench, with the intent to sell high if/when the starters in front of them go down with an injury. My starting RBs are Reggie Bush, Julius Jones, and Maurice Jones-Drew (now in my flex spot).

The problem: the same guy who owns Westbrook owns Brandon Jacobs, and he's an absentee owner in the league. I've made him a trade offer that went unanswered for more than a week (I finally pulled the offer).

The guy who has Michael Turner recently rejected my last offer involving Norwood (which was, admittedly, a little on the low side from me). He's got Maroney, though, who could probably go for cheap right now.

Next week, I've got to deal with juggling my roster due to some bye-week blues, with both MoJo and Roddy White (one of my 3 WRs) out. Which option should I go with:

A) Drop Bradshaw for waiver pickup at WR to start at flex
B) Trade Norwood for Laurence Maroney to start at flex
C) other

I'd have to go with option 'A' there.  You can't count on Maroney for anything right now, you'd be better off taking a chance on a waiver pickup.  Someone like Fargas might be available and he should be back starting this week.

The philosophy of grabbing backups to trade is kinda flawed.  Trades are difficult to pull off.  usually half the league won't even respond to trade offers.  So its always the guy who proposes the trade that gets the short end of the stick.  That said...

I truly beleive that Kevin Faulk will be a huge part of the rest of the season.  Maroney won't see the light of day.

If you're in a PPR league Kevin will avg 5 receptions a game.  Maybe won't get the yardage but if you're looing for a good option for running back this time of year, I'd take a chance on Faulk.

If he scores again this week... everybody will be picking him up, so if your gonna take a chance on some random WR to get you 5 or 6 points... why not take that chance with Faulk.

Yeah, Faulk was picked up a couple weeks ago, sadly.

I'm probably going to drop Bradshaw. I have a feeling that Turner will get dinged up at some point this season, and Norwood ought to step in nicely. I'll hang onto Buckhalter as well, but can't play him this week, and next week, he's on a bye. Westbrook might come back afterwards, but I don't think he can stay healthy.
