  • No contaban con mi astucia !!!
I just thought I would share this (hopefully) intentionally hilarious offer from Edgar for LeBron...

Quote
dunleavy
Bonzi Wells
Ty Thomas
Za Za pachulia
marco jaric
12th rounder
cash considerations

You could add Boozer or Gasol and I would still laugh.

Lol. This is what he offered me for Chris Paul

Quote
Jameer Nelson
Mark Blount
Tyrus Thomas
Pick 12
Za Za Pachulia

to be fair your deal was a little better because include jammer nelson
And CP isnt worth what Bron no matter what u say
i forgot to include Jaric there...my fault
I understand your devotion for your only 2 real players
but i think ure overrating too

P.S. I have an idea of the other offers you receive and theyre NOT that good

Again

Its my job to make the calls and try to get the superstars but team depth IS underrated among some teams here.

Since I'm bored, here are my playoff predictions for the East (I'll put up the West tonight)

1. Knicks
2. Pistons
3. Magic
4. Nets
5. Raptors
6. Bobcats
7. 76ers
8. Cavs/Hawks

I think Im top 3

No you're not. If you're top 3 that means you beat out the Knicks and the Nets in your division. Your 3rd best in your division.

I disagree.  Im pretty sure My team would win the division without much of a challenge
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

Your team is good, but it's not on the level of the Knicks or Nets.

People are still down on the Nets, huh?  I think they're the favorite in the East (and that's not just because I live in the Garden State).

Out West, I haven't really looked yet.  I still like Houston, the Warriors look good, the Mavs aren't bad...  there's a team south of Seattle which could be halfway decent.

KC I dont see how your team makes the playoffs.  Maybe they will be better down the road, but not this year.

East Rankings

1. Detroit: This team just got straight filthy.
2. Magic : Old like fine wine
3. Nets : So many ridiculous weapons, and ones that will only get better come playoff time.
4. Knicks : I'm a KG believer, I also love the combination of him and Dampier
5. Wiz: I've talked about my team and it's versatility enough.
6. Bulls : Kobe surrounded by a group of experienced veterans (two of which have played on a similar team with LeBron) they'll all know their role on the Mamba's team.
7. Raps : I'm not sure if Antwan and Big Z work that well together, also the lack of bench experience and a two guard worry me.
8. Cavs : If they had a better front court the tandem of Manu and Wade would easily crack the top four.

You have one good player and its marion.  He is also a scumbag and an aweful lockerroom guy.  Stuckey is young and there is no reason to believe he is ready to start at the two guard in this league.  Kirelenko is coming off two aweful years.  There is a reason he dropped so far.  And Blatche?? are you being serious?

To be honest, I don't think your going to make the playoffs. Marion is your best player and that's not good enough to make the playoffs, even in the weak east. Just my opinion.

Although I still think the Nets are the team to beat in the east, Detroit put themselves in the running for the top spot followed by the Magic and Knicks.

And Roy, isn't South Jersey more 76er land anyway? ;)

Yep, South Jersey is unequivocally Sixers territory.  Still, the Nets are technically ours, at least for a few more years.

And agreed on the Eastern powers (with me inevitably forgetting somebody).

I see your team as an 11-12 seed. Not enough good players or experience.

Favorites in the East huh?

Roy doesn't want to give me any credit  ;D

Here's how my Pistons match up against the Nets:

Yao Ming vs David West        edge: Pistons
Emeka Okafor vs Mehmet Okur   edge: Pistons
Hedo Turkoglu vs Paul Pierce  edge: Nets
Ben Gordon vs Corey Maggette  edge: Pistons
Earl Watson vs Jason Kidd     edge: Nets

I have the starting lineuo edge, plus my team is younger at every position.

Jason Terry vs Derek Fisher  edge: Pistons
Carl Landry vs Drew Gooden   edge: Nets
Jerry Stackhouse vs Matt Carrol edge: Push
Roy Hibbert vs Joel Przybilla  edge: Nets
Kyle Lowry vs ???             edge: Pistons (there isn't any value out there as good as Lowry)

I say I have the better, younger team and I'll finish higher in the East. I see the Nets coming in 4th behind Detroit, NY, and Orlando
