I forgot to put it in my summary, but Danny also mentioned that Pierce was already starting up his routine again. But as some have already mentioned, Pierce needed to let his knee heal a bit as well. I think Pierce has a good enough track record where we shouldn't be questioning his off-season routines. He always comes into the season ready to play.

He always comes into the season ready to play.well reports kept asking pierce and kg and the others, when are you going to pick up a ball again and start playing and they kept saying late july/early aug. and i know pierce wasn't shooting around the day after (even though he doesn't have to really improve). my rondo remark was sincere about his work ethic but the pierce remark was sarcastic.
Lifetime TA averages 2.7 TO per 36 minutes, and 1.9 steals, for a net of -.8 possessions per game. Pierce averages 3.0 TOs per 36 minutes and 1.6 steals per game for a net of -1.4 possessions per game. Turnovers happen. Yes, but the statistical comparison is misleading because Pierce has the ball in his hands much more than TA and is often doubleteamed, which TA isn't.

Anybody know where danny's vacationing... cuz i'm 99% sure i saw him at work today... i work at mcdonalds, and he was in drive thru but by the time i confirmed it was him, he was driving away in a black lexus with mass plates...oh.. in Alton, NH.. i'm so mad at myself for not at least askin him if he was, indeed, mr ainge....
