Good I didn't want him.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Well at least they used one draft pick on a big man. I like the selection. Charlotte seriously needs some low post scoring though and they haven't gotten that once again.

Very uncharacteristic pick for Charlotte .... I thought he'd be gone by 20, but not to Charlotte.

I am officially adopting Portland as my Western Conference team to lose to the Celtics in the Finals next year.

Ajinca - the next Kandiman or the next Sabonis?  Who knows.  Most likely he'll be stashed overseas for a couple years.

Wonder what the Celtics will do at 30?  Get a developmental prospect with upside or focus on getting a guy who can contribute right away as a roleplayer?

I don't want them anywhere near the finals.  They scare me more than any team in the West.

Ok, Anjica is gone... now I'm looking for who will pick Tomic before the Celtics time to draft comes.

Portland...

Bayless
Roy
Webster
Aldridge
Oden

Not a single one over 23... wow.

Also Fernandez! Only consolation to us and rest of the league - they can't afford to pay them all.

Josh McRoberts is a nice pickup for Indiana. Try him out, he could be a solid end of your bench type.

I don't know.  Paul Allen is one of the richest men in America.  Former partner in Microsoft.  He can afford it.
