Guess the refs are swallowing their whistles..... I counted about 7 over the backs by the Lakers on rebounds...... and the refs aren't blowing the whistles on any of our drives to the basket....

Well, it ain't surprising that the NBA wants this series to extend to 6 or 7 games........ Go Tim Doneghy!!!!!

That Ariza push-off on Posey was absurd.

In my opinion, the real question we have to be asking about now is will the Celtics beat the Lakers again in this series?

such a good point, because the celtics are clearly unable to beat the lakers, no sir, they don't currently have a 2-1 lead on them, and even if they don't come back, its surely impossible for them to beat the Lakers again, might as well just stop watching, or just watch the score on espn, because that's what real fans do..oh wait no, real fans pick the other team too...

Real fans pick the other teams when they feel that the other team is better.  That is my honest opinion.  Sorry.

The Refs are screwing us but we need to keep playing and try to win in spite of it. Let's win this one for the KINGS!

Doc has the wrong approach with all this "Relax, Calm down"-Stuff.
That´s normally the right approach, but this team just doesn´t play good on 95%. Let them have amotions, let them get mad, let them scream.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I would bench all the starters, if they didn't come to play then they can sit

Sad performance ... I'm stunned that a team so good can look so horrible ... like they could care less about being there. KG and Pierce say all this crap about the "chance of a lifetime" and "waiting their whole lives for this ooportunity" and then play like elementary school players ... they should truly be ashamed. If they can't mount an attack in this game, they should at least come away bloody and bruised, and show that at least their hearts are in the right place.

This Laker team sucks, and Kobe isn't even playing well, and yet the C's can't even score 20 points in a quarter?!? Wow ... really sad. And by the way, three times, (that I noticed), when Perk had a clear shot to defend the paint and he just stepped out of the way ... pulled his body back like he was afraid of the other player ... that really ticks me off! This is honestly the saddest Finals display I've ever seen for two games in-a-row, and there's no good excuse for it! Rondo looks like he'd rather be getting root canal, for crying out loud ... what the heck is wrong with this team?!?

And game 5 isn't even in Boston.  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

thats ok, i'll stake my crappy 401k that

A) the first 6 fouls wont go against the celtics two biggest mismatches for the lakers (3 perk, 2 kg, thanks steve!) while the lakers hack away for no calls.

and B) we play like lightning.

why? because this is, ive decided, the ULTIMATE chip on the shoulder team.

they can't get up for games unless their epic appernly.

think about it, the only exception was game 6 in detroit. every other series they play like "whatever, this isn't even fun yet" until thier backs are against the wall, then they come out and dominate.

this is the most fustrating aspect of following them, by far.

Very true. It seems like that. It makes you want to pull your hair out doesn't it. So frustrating.

Had a perfect chance to get it to 10. We let the Lakers get more easy shots and now it's back to 18. The refs aren't even that bad. Its us.

we would have had a chance to get it to ten, but for some reason lamar odom was allowed to pivot on both feet covering about 10 feet . . .then fisher gets a 3 point play . . .if you dont think the refs can affect the game go back and look at that sequence .. our run was squashed because the refs missed an obvious one . . . how none of the three could see that travel is beyond me .. . if they're not biased they're ridiculously imcompetent - either way its not good

I yelled at my tv in outrage over that play...but after 7 replays on the DVR, I actually don't think he traveled.  The over the backs and lack of calls on our drives are a different story though.

:'( :'( :'(

Game 3 is going to come back to haunt us.

 :'( :'( :'(

I said the same exact thing once game 3 was over.  I said "This was a game we could've and should've stolen and I have a bad feeling that its gonna come back to bite us."  This type of win for the Lakers I feel is just going to propell them and you know what that means :(

Agreed.  That was the worst they played at home all playoffs long and we didn't take advantage of it.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

how did farmar get an open look like that?
That's a very difficult situation to defend. With 5 seconds left and a quick point guard running at you. You don't want to foul and give up two FTs. The opposition will be very aggressive and go right at you because they're playing against the clock. Very difficult to defend.

Frustrating to give up that look though.

Geeze, some of you guys sound like you never lost a quarter or a half of Bball and came back... lol

And don't even get me started about the poster ready to write off the series...****

Talk about faiweather types, geezeeee...lol

Sure, Kobe may not have to put out a great amount of energy in this one, possibily; And that will help them in the series; Then again, we just might still win this one with him with that attitude...

I am getting tired with this ABC all Lakers all the time B.S. tho

I want to see what this team is really made of. Regardless of if they win or lose I want to see them TRY and play in the 3rd. Get mad and attack these guys with all you got. It can be done and I kind of think that these young Lakers could crack if we made a comeback like they did on us. Unfortunately Kobe hasn't done anything yet. And he won't crack but he's got 3 fouls on him so we could try and use that.
