Doc needs to bench Rondo. He looks hurt to me. Let's try Tony Allen. :-\

Never say never.

Most of us remember '02 ECF Game 3.  (Although, we had the fortune of homecourt that game)

And Antoine Walker... that comeback never happens without 'Toine.

Unfortunately, we don't have that player on this team.

We were at our worst when he was out - we've gotta stick with what the kid can give us.

Come on guys, we need to rally behind the troops. Why was Rondo on the bench so long? I don't think he looks right. Slipping on the floor, letting Fish blow by him. We couldn't buy a bucket the first quarter.
I didn't like Rondo being on the bench so long. I thought that was a mistake. Leave him out there, tell him to start cutting off the ball, space the floor better. He's too important to sit that long when the backups are struggling.

This game is not over! When the Celtics come back and win game 4 after behind 18 at halftime. I will give a Tommy Point for every person who responds with a positive post. ( sarcasm allowed)
Example: If the Celtics were losing by 19 points ay halftime I would be concerned. All, we need is Rondo to shoot 7 3's and we are right back in this game.

He can't stay in front of Fisher.

C's shot 35 percent and were outrebounded by 10.  And Kobe does not have a field goal.  How in the world is this happening?

Here we go again, get it to 10.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

I'm not a conspiracy theorist... I'm truly not, but there is so much money to be made by pushing a series to 6 & 7 games (10's of millions per game) that you can't realistically expect the league to not be "hoping" the series reach that point.

When you're down 20 plus you normally don't get a handful of chances to get back in the game. I'm worried the Celtics didn't make enough of the chance of the chance they got in the second quarter.

LA is doing a heckuva job pressuring the ball. They are sending 2 defenders at KG and Pierce and boxing Ray in the corner. Our boys are doing a poor job passing away from it. Not having cutters doesnt help. LA may be getting away with some hacks but mainly Jax has figured how to throw Boston off stride. Meanwhile, the Lakes are moving away from the ball and swinging it faster than the Cs can rotate. Big problem.

A comeback would be a lot more realistic if Kobe had played well in the first half.
