I just cant see this guy ever playing NBA minutes.

Would have preferred trading out but maybe there was no interest.

Man Veesaar still had college eligibility left probably cost himself a few million not going back.

Did he have something bad on his background? I don't recall him being hurt or anything.

We will see if he was overrated by the draft boards or if someone got a steal.  I lean towards the former, although I would have been fine with him at 40.

Hawks are a good Veesaar fit. Have no backup center behind okongwu who himself is undersized. And with the shooting deficits of guys like Dyson Daniels and Jalen Johnson they badly need shooting at the 5 at all times.
