Presumably that would be his role.  He could probably be had for the $5.5 million bi-annual exception, leaving us to use the larger MLE for someone else.

Would have to think PP is starting next season no matter what happens with Brown. Really the only kind of guards Brad is looking for in FA are going to be suited to be back ups.

Would have to think PP is starting next season no matter what happens with Brown. Really the only kind of guards Brad is looking for in FA are going to be suited to be back ups.

I think it will be PP or Hugo assuming Brown remains.  All bets are off if he is traded, or I guess if we move Sam and get back a starter level player.
