Zion for JB would probably my favorite "shake it up" trade at this point.

High risk but it would force a big change in the way we play.

But the team's biggest challenges are replacing the Jrue and Horford spots. The additional ball handling, passing, shooting and defense those two provided at 1 and 5. The bookends. So much of the team's success stemmed from the way they completed the lineup.

If Giannis was risky, what is Zion?

The weight loss drugs make me somewhat more bullish on Zion's health for the next 3 years.

I just like the way he plays: the constant pressure on the rim. How dangerous that would be next to Tatum, White and Pritchard.

I just don't think Zon is actually all that good anymore. He was interesting when young because of nuclear athleticism and the idea that maybe he develops a shot. I think he's just gonna settle into sub-all star level solid production type stuff and that's putting aside health and character concerns.

MattyIce has implied before on this forum that he has some sort of inside information about a gap between the Celtics and JB, and I would highly doubt the issue is salary-related.
