Jordan Hicks salary dumped to the White Sox.

In addition to savings some $, I think the real benefit of this trade is that it clears two spots on their 40-man roster.  Anyways, I didn't see Hicks playing this season.

We also traded our #11 prospect.

The Devers trade is the gift that keeps on giving.

I agree...although we did receive a pitching prospect and a player to be named later.  Again, I think this was more about opening spots on the 40-man roster.

Eugenio Saurez only got 1 year, $15 million.  I would have been happy paying him that.
