I guess we can start this.  The big news today is Sonny Gray.  I am still digesting but seems like a decent get.

Solid pitcher.  He's paid like a #1 and probably closer to a #3, and he's 36, but he'll show up and he'll pitch pretty well when he does.

I'm not psyched about giving up Clarke, but you have to give something to get something.

That's probably where he'll line up, Crochet, Bello, Gray will be top three.  I think this is a decent deal, and we didn't give up the park like we usually do.

Upon further review, I still like the deal.  Doesn't solve all the pitching problems, but a solid step in the right direction.  I don't know prospects all that well so who knows what Brandon Clarke will be.  I saw enough of Fitts to know that I am not all that concerned to give him up.

With the cash to cover some salary, this should not impact making other deals.  They should still be able to spend some money.  Hopefully that will be the case.
