Any Trade Ideas For PF/C Involving Hauser, Simons And/Or Niang + Picks?

Please don't tell me it's just gonna be Horford/Kornet/Queta/Tillman next year.

But admittedly I'm having trouble thinking of ideas or possibilities besides Nick Richards or Vucevic. I would have loved Naz Reid in a S&T before he re-signed with MIN for 5/125M.

Houston still needs another guy who can put the ball in the hoop. Maybe they would be dumb enough to trade us Jabari Smith and Jock Landale for Simons. Probably not though.

True. The Warriors dynasty just took a pause for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons. Then they came back and won it all again, disgustingly to admit. Can the C's do it like them

That has nothing to do with what I said. Pretty sure James Wiseman isn?t going to be in the 2026 draft. Warriors drafted for need and Wiseman looked like a sure thing. Hindsight is 20/20 and they should have traded the pick or drafted Lamelo. Tanking was still the right call, though.

Brad can always trade the pick. It?s an asset. Being a .500 team next year, which is probably the best they can do isn?t going to help the team going forward.

Ya its actually sort of tough to find a deal that makes sense for Simons. You need a team that doesn't already have a scoring PG and has the contracts to match his salary. Some ideas:

1a) Bobby Portis + Pat Connaughton + Draft Pick
-Gives Bucks a PG for the year Lillard is out. Saves Celtics about 5 million and get a stretch big. Celtics maybe get a pick swap?

1b) Kyle Kuzma
-Saves the C's 5 million this year. He's under contract for an extra year but that's not necessarily a bad thing, it gives you the ability to use his expiring next summer in a salary matching trade.

2a) Isaiah Stewart + Simone Fontecchio
-Gives Detroit another scorer. Saves Celtics about 5 million and gets them another big. He more or less takes Schroeders place on the Pistons.

2b) Tobia Harris
-Only saves you about a million dollars, but if you'd just rather have a PF who is okay on defense than a PG who is really bad maybe its a possibility.

3) John Collins
-Same as Harris, doesn't really save you much money but gives the Celtics a 4 which they don't really have. More a positional swap. Utah already has Clarkson and Sexton on expiring's so this really only makes sense if they move on from one of those two.

4) Nikola Vucevic
-If you want a stretch center on an expiring instead of a PG. Saves about 6 million. They do already have Colby White so not sure how much sense this makes. But its always a good idea to do a trade with the Bulls because they lose every dela they do.

Agreed, need a front court player who can defend and maybe hit a shot. I want no part of Kuzma or T.Harris, but could live with any of those other deals.

I think we will see that Simons has more value than any of these trades, particularly Vuc, Kuzma, or Harris.
