Yeah, he's more likely to get priced out of Boston than to be out of the NBA.  People act like he's a meme.  This guy is actually a good player.

Would Luke sign a vet minimum? Could probably get a better contract elsewhere. But I hate to lose him.

You never know with Luke man. He?ll probably stay at a discount just to remain in Boston. Just don?t cheap out on him. If Al retires getting Luke back is a must.
