This performance was just 2022 and 2023 all over again. JT and JB took some steps back tonight. Same bad habits reared their heads again.

This is going to be a LONG, brutal 48 hours ahead (and probably week really...)

on this, we agree! lol
time to avoid the nuts Knicks fans who probably now think the series is over.

Good. Every single person on that team deserves it.

Maybe it'll actually put a little hair on their chest and force them to man up and actually play smart, hard basketball.

I meant for me! haha....

but yeah the C's need their faces rubbed in this for a couple of days so they can get serious again.

Game 2 pretty much the season. Lose that and this might be done quick. Win it and I think the Cs win in 6.

Not once did I feel like they chucked in last years playoffs. The old nemesis reveals himself once again already though. That was lazy entitled basketball. They already know they can't win playing that way. It cannot happen again, if it does that's a red flag for repeating. These teams they are playing are too good. Try that against OKC and see yourself get blown out by 30.

Correct.

Last year we were a high three point shooting team, but usually it was still reasonable and still balanced and within the flow of the game.

This year is nothing like last year. We take threes for the sake of taking threes this year, rather than them being the best looks. And it leads to crap like tonight.

And the worst part is not only has Joe shown he's incapable of adjusting and helping the team get out of these ruts in the midst of the game, but he actively wants them to pursue this nonsense offense.

They were up 18 and I told my son I hope they don't score.

For some reason a twenty point lead is a hex for this team.

I had Celtics in 7 and that was them winning game 1.

Knicks in 5/6

It's a small thing in the grand scheme, but Hauser today came in for 4 minutes, missed 2 threes and didn't offer any resistance on the other end which helped enable NY to go on a run late in the 3rd. I know he got hurt and hope he's okay, but this dude is just borderline unplayable out there especially if he can't knock down some 3s. There's no reason Joe can't at least try someone else like Craig for a few minutes and see what he can do

Unfortunately, they have looked this way all season. Tonight I am disappointed on how lazy and unserious they looked. They did not come out with any mindset to set the tone for the series. Just acted like this was another game.

Champiosnship teams do not blow 20 point second half leads to lose at home in OT. Just inexcusable

Bad shooting night. We'll be fine.

I'd like them to double Brunson a little more early in the set, recover...

Hope KP recovers soon!

Disgusting effort. Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. Porzingis? Not this again. Anunoby was unstoppable but we took too many bad shots and too many bad passes. How many missed layips did we have early? Kornet, KP, Holliday, JB. We need to value the ball. JT had some lazy passes tonight too. We will come back from this but we shouldn't have to. We might want to guard OG next game.
