As a service for Cavs Corner: swaps are in 2026 & 2028, which means they?re ?swaps on swaps? with those already swapped with Utah from Donovan Mitchell trade.

So this means the swap is only available if the first swap comes to fruition?  Or do they still have the option of taking the swap if the first one doesn't happen?

I see this as ATL will have the option to swap for whatever pick CLE ends up with, which means probably just CLE's pick since you expect UTA's picks to be better picks.

So if CLE pick is better than ATL pick, they swap I guess.  In any case, I don't expect these swaps to matter much.

Here?s the explanation I got on Vooch. Offers were underwhelming and the Bulls FO doesn?t think they can drop more than a few spots in the standings with or without Vooch. They feel he?ll bring in more value this summer. Moving Zach LaVine/getting pick back was the priority.

Overall, I think they are exchanging a score first guard (LeVert) for a score first forward (Hunter) where the score first forward scores nearly twice as much.  CLE had a greater need at SF.  I think this makes them a little better.

As for ATL, they actually end up taking on more money this season, but less money longer term.  I have not figured out yet from the ATL perspective.
