There's already been A TON that's happened, and I expect a lot more in the coming days. There might also be a lot of 2nd tier players and contracts moved due to impending luxury tax issues, etc.

For the Celtics, my dream has been signing Lonnie Walker and trading for Day'Ron Sharpe.

That said, Springer has impressed me in recent weeks and I think we're better off keeping him for depth and spot minutes particularly on the defensive end when needed, especially when you factor in Jrue's age.

I would have no problem trading Tillman + future 2nd round pick(s) for any of Javonte Green, Daniel Theis or Seth Curry.

Idk if Philly would trade in-division, but if Yabusele is available he'd me my favorite target. He fits everything we need and to his credit, he's done a phenomenal job working his way back into the league and being a real factor. If you can trade Tillman, a future 1st rounder and a future 2nd for him I would do that, but depends if Philly is okay doing that trade to Boston.

The only problem with Yabu is he will be very difficult to re-sign. The C's wouldn't have bird rights on him since he's on a 1 year deal. the C's also won't have their mid-level exception because they are over the second apron. That means the only way to re-sign him is the minimum, and he will probably get more than that next offseason. So any trade has to consider that he's likely a straight half year rental.

A guy like Toumani Camara meanwhile is under team control, for this year AND two more at basically the minimum.

Of course its possible neither guy is available.

Torrey Craig waived by the Bulls. He's also a potential Celtics target and eligible to be signed

Can we sign him with our cap situation?

Yes, if he clears waivers.

The Warriors are indeed serious about reuniting with Kevin Durant, sources told SI. And with efforts to acquire Jimmy Butler stalled rival execs believe the Suns are strongly considering Durant deals before the deadline.

And sources tell The Inquirer that the Atlanta Hawks and Golden State Warriors have expressed interest in acquiring George ahead of Thursday?s 3 p.m. trade deadline.

Why would anybody want him on that contract?

Paul George could be fun in that Golden State Warriors offense. Lots of movement. Quick threes. He can be a big SF to a small ball PF when they want to adjust matchup wise.

Worthwhile risk is the price is low.

I don't know.  Paul George has the 6th highest contract in the NBA this season (tied), and he's got another three years left.  Between durability and declining production, I think he's too big of a risk to take.  For instance, to make the financials work, a feasible deal is Wiggins + Payton + Anderson.

Assume no draft picks.  Who wins that deal?

Paul George = Hot Potatoe. If I were a GM, it would be a big no thank you.

I would love to see Lebron on the Warriors and us dismantling them in the finals. Boy, would that be fun.

Only problem is Golden State owns the Celtics.

Two league sources said the Wizards and Milwaukee Bucks have explored a potential deal in which Milwaukee would send Khris Middleton and draft capital to Washington for Kuzma. This matches what was reported elsewhere Wednesday. Exchanging Middleton?s salary for Kuzma?s would help the Bucks move under the second apron, a significant goal for the Bucks. But Washington would almost certainly demand a future pick or two be attached with Middleton to help Milwaukee achieve that goal. It?s unclear how much traction that scenario has

Wiggins, Payton, and Anderson does not work on Fanspo trade machine.  So I don't know.  For deal like that or something similar, I would expect that PHI would need to send pick to GSW for them taking back George's negative value contract.  I agree with what most are saying, I don't see George helping a team.  He is just a bad contract at this point.
